If you are experiencing problems connecting to the internet while using the wired ports in your bedroom or the Wi-Fi in your building you can click the button above labelled “Report an Internet Access Problem” to obtain technical support.
When the “button” is clicked it opens a customized web-form with questions you need to answer to describe your problem, provide contact information and submit the problem and in turn start the support process.
In addition, there is a button labelled troubleshooting which when clicked takes one to troubleshooting guides designed to help you diagnose and attempt to resolve the problem directly where possible.
