Gaming Consoles

If you are having issues connecting your Xbox or PlayStation to the Internet, please ensure you are using a wired connection if it is available. Please note that some game consoles require certain ports opened on our firewall in order to be able to connect to the Internet correctly. Nintendo devices require far too many ports to be open for us to guarantee the efficacy of our firewall, and as such, we do not support them at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
